Hosted at Crossfit Cheltenham, we programme workouts for elite athletes as well as those with just a few months experience, we try to ensure all will experience a fantastic competition. We give scaled alternatives to some of the harder Rx’d movements.

First competition today, awesome day totally recommend. Well organised very friendly staff and competitors. Will definitely be back again for another go.

Thank you so much for a wonderfully organised event. At 47 and 42 years old and doing our first ever CrossFit event we were naturally so nervous, but everyone was brilliant. Judges were so helpful. Great demonstrations and run through of all the expected standards. Everyone was helpful and friendly. We definitely hope to be back.

Fantastic competition today! I was nervous as it was my first comp but the box is awesome and the coaches/judges were awesome.

We will be back again!

Completed our first comp as beginners team at the three of a kind competition on the Sunday. Scaling was good, and wods were challenging and varied. Great atmosphere and well organised friendly throwdown. We will be back again!
